This class is sure to become your next obsession. It’s a high intensity, full body workout focused on the interchangeable use of weights and resistance bands. This session will push you closer to experiencing the best version of yourself. Combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity.
ONE - ON - ONE
These sessions allow for specific workouts geared to propel you towards your health and fitness goals.
ATHLETIC TRAINING
Join us for this class focused on strength and conditioning, teaching young athletes techniques that build a strong body. These sessions improve motor skill performance, enhance sports performance, increase resistance to sports-related injuries, and improve psychosocial well-being.
FULL BODY RECOMPOSITION
These sessions are suited for small groups up to six individuals. Focusing on specific workouts geared to propel you towards your health and fitness goals.
